Hi. Alan Sands here – The Sandman. For the last 20 years I have offered a variety of very popular entertainment services for late night parties for high schools, including post proms and grad night parties.

I regularly perform for 25-35 school events across the USA in states including NY, OK, FL, TX, CA, IL, SD, ND, MS, IA and NE. I have returned to many schools for 18 years in a row and am already booking for next year. I offer a number of services for grad night and post prom parties:

 

(1) I created my comedy stage hypnosis show in 1993, and that is the main service I provide for these high school events. This is also how I make the majority of my living, year-round.

 

(2) I am also an expert at putting together packages of the most popular Velcro, vinyl and bungee / inflatable games, along with casino games and carnival games.

 

 

A few notes regarding the services I provide:

 

Sometimes I am not available for an event date, as I am already contracted with another school or event.

(a) If I am engaged for only hypnosis at another event and you want a whole package of services, I will do everything I can to make myself available and find someone else for the hypnosis show-only contract.

(b) If you want only a hypnosis show and I am already engaged, I will find you one of my other favorite performers with a successful track record with high school shows. I operate a talent agency and I can find you other highly qualified hypnotists for your event, if I cannot do the event myself.

Things you are responsible for:

• If I only do the hypnosis show, I will need a professional sound system and I request a hotel room for one night, the same night/morning as the show. If your town is remote, sometimes I ask you to include the cost of a hotel in my performance fee so I can get a hotel room closer to the airport, or further down the highway on my way to my next event, rather than in your town (this fee is between $60-$180, depending on the cost of hotels in your area).
• If I do the show and SPLAT! Games package, all I require is a hotel room with two beds and you may also need to supply adult operators for the games. Each inflatable game needs at least one operator. Some games need two operators.

Epilogue:

 

My show is clean. My markets remain clean markets, including fairs, festivals, amusement parks, high schools, colleges and corporate events. Any other performer I recommend is also a “clean hypnotist.”

 

I have a 20-year-old daughter and I treat every person on stage the same way I would expect and want a strange 51 year old man to treat my daughter.

 

I ask for a token deposit when I issue a contract.

 

All my deposits are 100% fully refundable if you need to make changes of any kind. When a plane ticket is purchased, the performer may incur a cost. This portion of a deposit may not be refundable. Airlines have cancellation fees up to $150.

 

Performers may or may not carry their own microphones. A wireless microphone may be required.

 

My contract is a friendly agreement. You can request a contract by going to the Contract Information Form. Fill in all the spaces. If you are not sure of an answer, such as location or times, answer as best you can. A contract can still be issued.
