From Hollywood to Australia and from Israel to Japan, Murray Hatfield & Teresa have thrilled audiences with their fast-paced and exciting magic on television, stage, and in theatres, nightclubs, fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and cruise ships around the world.
Murray Hatfield was bitten by the magic bug after seeing his first magician at the age of 10, and he never recovered! From that moment on Murray invested all of his time and energy into his new-found passion.
In 1992 Murray hired a young dancer named Teresa to choreograph his dancers and act as dance captain. It wasn’t long before she started playing a part in the illusions as well. With a background in dance, theatre and television, Teresa was the ideal assistant, and ultimately evolved into Murray’s partner.
Together Murray and Teresa have achieved an amazing level of success. They’ve produced and headlined the renowned Canadian touring production of Magic ‘N Miracles for over a decade. They have toured and performed in such diverse locations as Israel, Cyprus, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Japan.
Recently Murray and Teresa were the stars of Illusions & Beyond, a 40-minute spectacle of magic, illusion, and dance for the 2006 Pacific National Exhibition.
Murray also created and produced the show, which was seen by over 50,000 people in 17 days. Murray and Teresa are favorites at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, as well as Wizardz at Universal Studios, and Magic Island in Houston, Texas.
In addition to touring on land, Murray and Teresa have also appeared on numerous luxury cruise ships around the globe, and as feature entertainment for major corporate functions worldwide.
Murray Hatfield & Teresa have been recognized and honored by their peers with numerous international awards and were recently named Magicians of the Year by the Canadian Association of Magicians.
